Each commission includes three rounds of free revisions. Additional changes after the three revisions and major ones made after linework approval (e.g., character additions or major design changes) will incur a flat fee of $5 per revision.

Completed commissions are non-refundable. If work has already begun, a partial refund may be considered depending on the stage of completion. A partial refund may also be issued if the Artist fails to deliver within a reasonable time frame. Delays will be communicated clearly to the Client. Failure to provide proper communication ensures that the Customer will be refunded properly.

The Client may choose to cancel or decline a commission at any time, but any payments already made are non-refundable under the circumstance that the Artist has delivered the content.

Minting or selling the artwork as NFTs

Using the artwork for generative AI purposes

Altering the artwork without the Artist’s permission (except for personal use, such as profile pictures or social media banners)

Removing watermarks or signatures

Redistributing or profiting from the artwork without credit

Claiming authorship of the artwork

The Artist retains full copyright of the completed artwork. The Client receiving the digital file does not transfer copyright ownership. The client is allowed to display the artwork for personal use and share it publicly. Reproduction for commercial purposes (e.g. selling or profiting off the artwork) is prohibited without discussion. Unauthorized reproduction may result in legal action. All characters remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. The Artist does not claim ownership of character designs.

The Client may share the artwork on social media, provided that the Artist is credited. Proper credit should be given through clear labeling, tagging, or verbal acknowledgment. For multiple shares (e.g., on different social media platforms), one initial credit is sufficient, though additional tags are appreciated.

For commercial use, the Client may request extended usage rights during the ordering process. Commercial usage includes any form of reproduction for profit, such as merchandise or monetized content. The following tiers apply:

+25% Fee – Use in digital, monetized content (e.g., YouTube, Twitch, Twitter promotional material, overlays, thumbnails).

+100% Fee – Use for merchandise or sales (e.g., art prints, apparel, keychains).

Additional fees may apply for larger-scale commercial use, including for businesses or groups.
